The Runner's Flat in Cedar Falls, Iowa is the Cedar Valley’s only specialized running store. Owned and operated by experienced (and super fast) runners, Scott and Sarah Gall, the store features the top brands in shoes, nutrition, clothing, and new for this winter snow shoes from Crescent Moon and Tubbs.
What makes the best running store in town? Customized fitting with the Sports Motion System. Although Scott and Sarah like to watch customers run and walk outside to ensure the proper fitting, the Sports Motion System goes the extra mile. After video taping you in action on the treadmill, the technological computer will play back your foot strike in slow motion showing pronation, supination, and other biomechanical differences. Not only is this helpful for the correct fitting, but it enhances your knowledge about your own body’s mechanics. (it will probably make you faster and more comfortable too!!!)
